Remote support is a great option for most of our customers, you don't need to un plug your computer and bring it into our service centre, there is no need for a technician to travel to your house.
All you need to do is to call a technician and ask them to install remote software on to your computer. The remote support software will allow the technician to access your computer from our office to assist with any issues.
You can have the remote software installed for free in-store or when a technician is assisting you onsite, alternatively you can call a technician and they will guide you through installing the software over the phone.
